Super Rocky Road
Six ingredients to rocky road heaven. Sweet, crunchy, crispy, nutty, chocolate peanut butter marshmallow bars.

Instructions
  1. Line a 9×13 or 11×7 pan with wax or parchment paper. Or with foil. This makes it easy to remove from pan. You can also grease it lightly if you don’t have the other options.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well after each time, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth. It took 1 1/2 minutes on my microwave.
  3. Stir in all the other ingredients.
  4. Spread in the prepared pan. Press top down with parchment or wax paper so everything holds together.
  5. Chill a minimum of one hour in the refrigerator. (or room temp, but it will take much longer)
  6. Slice & serve.
Recipe Notes

If you don’t have a microwave you can do the melting of chocolate chips and peanut butter over a double boiler.
